Senior Software Engineer (C#)

Design, development and implementation of Compellent applications with Microsoft .NET framework.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, develop various applications for Compellent SAN
• Common API interface for SAN and related management software
• Software integration with virtualization platforms (VMware and Hyper-V)
• In depth MS development experience (C# in .NET 3.0 and 3.5)

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of development experience
• Development experience with MS Visual Studio 2008
• Experience with MS .NET 3.0 and 3.5
• Extensive understanding of SOA, security, enterprise integration, and distributed computing concepts
• Ability to analyze systems and to architect solutions with clear designs
• Experience in building use cases and test cases
• Prior development experience with Hyper-V and/or VMware strongly preferred
• Demonstrated multi-tier software development in diverse networked environments
• Strong communication and process orientation including definition, design, and execution
• Proven ability to execute and deliver on-time and on-quality
