2M-Equation Picks Compellent As its Exclusive Storage Provider

Paris – March 26, 2010: French IT services provider, 2M-Equation has announced it will be focusing its storage sales exclusively on Compellent Fluid Data storage systems. Under the agreement, 2M-Equation will resell Compellent’s award-winning storage area network (SAN) platform to its small and medium-sized business (SMB) customers.

Compellent, the fastest growing block-based, external storage company in the world according to Gartner and based on revenue for 2008, expanded significantly across key regions in Europe in 2009. This partnership follows 17 consecutive quarters of sequential revenue growth for Compellent.

With extensive experience in the virtualisation space, 2M-EQUATION was chosen as an ideal partner. Compellent was impressed with the reseller’s unique approach to solving complex IT challenges using what 2M-EQUATION calls ‘DSI on Demand.’ DSI is a portfolio of services, products and best practices tailored to address each customer’s unique needs that are then delivered ready to use.
