Who should attend Compellent C-Drive 2008?    [top]
Compellent C-Drive 2008 is for all customers and business partners interested in becoming part of the growing community of Compellent users.
Business partners should plan on attending the Business Partner Summit, May 5 – 6, 2008.
Customers are urged to register for the Customer User Conference, May 7 – 8, 2008.


What is the Compellent C-Drive Cancellation policy and fee?    [top]
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to compellentcdrive@triadconferences.com

Cancellations received prior to January 1, 2008: No fee for cancelling
Cancellations received between January 2, 2008 – April 1, 2008: $500 fee for cancelling
Cancellations received between April 2, 2008 – May 9, 2008: No refunds


Will my credit card be charged immediately for the registration fee?    [top]
Yes, your conference fee will automatically be charged to your credit card upon completing registration.


Do I need to send my check payment before I can complete my registration?    [top]
No, when registering you may select "check payment." You will then need to send in a copy of your registration confirmation along with your check payment to:

When will I receive a hotel confirmation?    [top]
You will receive an email recapping your registration details and it will include information regarding your hotel dates. You will also receive a final room confirmation in early April.


Will my credit card be charged for the room guarantee?   [top]
No, the credit card is only to hold the room reservation. All fees for the hotel will need to be paid upon check-in.

Please Note: The Hyatt has a cancellation policy. Failure to check-in at the hotel and cancel a reservation as outlined on your confirmation may result in charges to your credit card on file.


Can I book my hotel before I register for the conference?    [top]
No, making your hotel reservation is included as part of the conference registration. Booking your hotel room outside of the Compellent
C-Drive 2008 registration process does not mean you have registered for Compellent C-Drive 2008 and does not guarantee the room rate Compellent has negotiated with the hotel.

Please Note: While booking your hotel reservation is part of the conference registration process, the cost of your hotel is in addition to the registration fee of Compellent C-Drive 2008.
