Presentation to Discuss Tips for Implementing a Virtual Data Center without Increasing Costs

Compellent customer Ram Patrachari, director of IT with Viejas Enterprises, will present on “Virtualizing the Data Center without Doubling Down on Costs” at CIO Decisions Conference in Carlsbad, California on June 17.

WHY
Attendees will learn how Compellent customer Viejas Enterprises integrated Compellent’s storage area network and VMware into its virtualized IT environment. Patrachari will provide tips on how users can virtualize a rapidly growing data center without incurring additional costs or expanding the environmental footprint.

Additional topics will include the real-world application of a disaster recovery plan, six steps Viejas took to reach a virtual infrastructure, meeting IT regulatory bodies and requirements, how to maximize utilization to free up IT resources and more.
