Storage Center is an integrated, modular storage area network (SAN) that automates the allocation, utilization, progression and recovery of data through Compellent's Dynamic Block Architecture™. Compellent launched Storage Center with the help of business partners and a group of initial customers on Feb. 26, 2004, and since then, has experienced significant demand from new customers, as well as add-on purchases from current customers.
