Compellent Hires Nancy Schneider as Business Development Manager for the Southeast United States Region December 1, 2005
Demonstrates ongoing commitment to Elevate Partner Program and all-channel business model for enterprise storage solutions
Minneapolis, December 1, 2005 — Compellent Technologies, a provider of affordable and modular enterprise storage solutions, today announced Nancy Schneider has joined Compellent as business development manager for the Southeast region. Schneider will be responsible for the growth and ongoing success of Compellent’s business partners within her territory.
In the United States alone, Compellent has more than 75 authorized business partners, each supported by a dedicated team of Compellent’s channel development managers and technical storage architects.
Schneider’s experience includes nearly a decade in channel marketing, business development and sales. Prior to joining Compellent, Schneider worked in sales and business development positions at Digital Hands, Insight/Comark and Hewlett Packard. She is a graduate of the University of Florida.
“Schneider possesses the experience and skill to lead Compellent’s partner recruitment and business development in the Southeast,” said Brian Bell, Director of Business Development for Compellent. “Her exemplary track record demonstrates her ability to exceed goals, expertly support the channel and knowledgably represent the value of enterprise technology investments.”
Schneider will support Compellent’s Elevate Partner Program in the region. Through the program, Compellent enables business partners to reach new storage markets by transforming their traditional pain points – including eroding margins, direct competition from storage manufacturers and the inability to generate ongoing professional services revenue – into business growth opportunities.
