What a difference one year makes. I remember at the Technology Summit at C-Drive 2007, about 30 customers came to a half-day session of case studies and a Q&A session moderated by Roger Cox of Gartner. This year, for the first day of our Customer Conference about 100 customers came for keynotes, briefings, breakout sessions on best practices, certification training, and just generally having the chance to connect with each other as part of our community.
